The IQAT is one of the most important indexes in the guide, as it accounts for 70% of the overall score and is measured through interviews with the employees themselves! In addition, the survey also includes the IQGP (Quality Index in People Management), measured by what the company offers, such as strategy and management, career, compensation, among others; and an evaluation score from the Guide itself. Adding all these points, ClearSale had a final score of 75.9, establishing itself as one of the best in the Technology and Computing sector.

The Guide, created in 1997, is in its 18th edition and this year evaluated 384 companies and received responses from more than 117 thousand employees from all over Brazil and from various market sectors. With strict selection criteria, the process encompasses several stages, from registration to personal interviews with employees to verify management practices.
