What is a mastermind
Mastermind is a format of work in a small group: from 4 to 8 people, where belarus telegram participants share ideas, help solve both personal and professional problems, and also support each other along the way.

In simple terms, a mastermind group is a space for mutual growth and improvement.

Not every question can be answered by friends or family due to their bias towards you, but within the framework of a mastermind you will be able to receive more objective feedback from people from different fields and with different experiences.

It is generally accepted that Napoleon Hill, the creator of the self-help genre in literature, was the first to talk about this format. His 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich, outlined the concept of masterminds. The author said that the format’s special feature is the synergy created by people by combining their mental efforts.
