Register on the site where the auction will take place: the link to it is indicated in the lot card;
Print out the application, fill it out by hand (this is a mandatory requirement), sign it, scan it and send it to the email address specified in the lot;
Study the lease agreement for the future property. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, unfortunately, you will not be able to change them;
Record the date and time of the auction (this information is indicated on the lot card), as well as the format in which it will be held: online or in person;
Make a deposit: usually it is 0.5-5% of the lot amount (the exact cost and details are specified in the application form). It is important to do this no later than 3 working days before the start of the auction, otherwise you will not have time to receive a confirmation notice that you are a participant in the auction!
If all stages are completed correctly, you will receive the confirmation notification mentioned above. Without it, you will not be able to participate in the auction.

On the appointed date and time, you must come to the auction and take part in it in accordance with the rules. If you win, you sign a lease agreement, which is formed within 14 days after the results are announced. The administration sends it for registration and enters information about the site into Rosreestr. Then you pay the remaining amount and become a tenant or owner of the land.

The organizers may refuse you admission to the auction. This happens in some cases, for example:

The required documents (passport, SNILS, TIN, application form and receipt for payment of the deposit) were not sent or were sent but with errors;
The application form is filled out incorrectly;
The deposit was not paid in the required amount or was not received on time
