When a user enters their details (e.g., website URL and email address), you can configure the form to send you the lead data via email. You can also enable a webhook to push the lead data to your CRM via Zapier or perform another supported action in Zapier, such as notifying a Slack channel, adding the lead data to a Google Sheet, etc.

You can also customize what happens when the user enters their details. By default, a white-labeled PDF audit report is immediately generated and displayed to the user. They can either view it directly in their browser or download the PDF. Instead, you can remove the PDF option and only display a web-based version of the report in the browser, or you can remove it entirely, allowing you to respond to the lead with your report via email.

If you choose to display the audit report to the user when they submit the form (either PDF or web report skype database version), you'll need to configure the report template. First, make sure you've filled out all the required agency details on the Report Templates page. There are six fields to complete: Logo, Agency Name, Address, Email, Phone, and Website.

If you choose to display the PDF or web-based report when the user submits the form, these agency details will appear in the report when the form is submitted.
