Generative AI is generating a lot of excitement in the tech world. Every day, new tools emerge that open up a range of innovative possibilities for all sectors, and marketing and communications are far from an exception. However, the adoption rate is still below expectations.

There are a few reasons why this adoption is not so high. Many are related to a lack of knowledge , whether about the available tools, more or less complex, that appear and evolve every day at enormous speed, or about the need for specific training and/or awareness of new skills to be able to get the best out of this reality.

However, we believe that the main reason is related to a natural human characteristic: the fear of change . The unknown, especially when it can affect something as structural as our profession, is a real obstacle. The refusal to explore and adopt a reality that is already established is just another manifestation of our survival instinct.

There are many challenges ahead, especially related to email data ethical issues, copyright, veracity and lack of regulation. But there are also many opportunities – and these are the ones we intend to focus on.

How to integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence into Marketing and Communication?

Aware of this problem, especially because we have dealt with it closely when implementing this new axis in our own reality, we have decided to share our experience, plans and dynamics implemented. Our main objective is to help create a real impact on the day-to-day lives of professionals in this area and the teams they lead.

This Masterclass is aimed at anyone interested in the topic: marketing and communications professionals, consultants, entrepreneurs, leaders and/or team managers. We will seek to understand the importance of this evolution in our sector, demystify prejudices (without disregarding risks), show potential and benefits, inspire and create conditions to promote adoption and dissemination .
