Never send an email requesting a review without a direct link to the Google listing or in a call. Sometimes it is difficult to get one, make it as easy as possible:

Tell them that you want them to put (Keywords): "What pizza did you eat and what did you think?"
Have a direct link so they only have to click
This way you will have a review that is ideal for Google and easy for the client.

Create a direct code for your Google listing
There are many tools to create a QR or direct link for your Google listing.

Google My Business allows you to share your profile and generate a link for you .

We often use the Supple.com website

You just have to search for your business and you will be able to generate two links: one long and one short, and a QR code to print.

What happens if I get a bad review?
It's an opportunity to talk about your company's strengths and thailand code phone number defend yourself. A bad review that is well-answered and supported by arguments builds trust.

Don't feed the troll: Don't insult, don't make a bigger ball. Just squeeze the opportunity.

Here is an example that we consider a good answer:

Name people in the company
Provide dates and a follow-up of the situation
No disrespect
Set response deadlines

This response is an opportunity to add value to the company, show professionalism and turn around a negative situation.

Although a bad review can be an opportunity, your listing must have a rating higher than four stars .
