One of the tools for examining a company's microenvironment is the Porter's 5 Forces method . This concept allows the structure and potential of the sector in which the entrepreneur intends to enter to be known and verified. The model developed by Michael E. Porter is based on an evaluation of the strength of the influence of buyers and suppliers on the company, the intensity of the competitive struggle in the sector and the threat of new producers or substitutes.
