This is how it works…
In order to start collecting SoundCloud royalties with Symphonic, we need to make sure our clients have opted into our SoundCloud distribution services. To make sure everything goes smoothly during this process, you'll need to do things like:

If you are planning to share your music privately (e.g. pre-save/publicity/opportunities) you can upload the submitted track to your own SoundCloud profile. However, since you submitted this track through us (your trusted distributor), SoundCloud will make sure to protect your content.

Note: It is very important that you send us your SoundCloud profile so that we can allowlist it and avoid any problems later.

This ensures that your music reaches both SoundCloud and SoundCloud Go. Once your music has been delivered, this is where royalty collection comes into play.
