Client list without NDA

Clients. 1142 companies work with us. Over the year, 340 new ones came, including Podruzhka, Skyeng, ILE DE BEAUTE, Sravni.ru, Flowwow, Level Kitchen, SM-Clinic.
This year, the relative churn is low. Over the year, 58 clients from medium and large businesses and 98 clients from small (self-service) left us. We discussed the reasons in detail with everyone in order to plan improvements. The results are in the plans.
Plans . We will work stockholder database
specifically with requests from large and medium-sized businesses, and for this purpose we will allocate separate teams.
We will help medium-sized businesses launch campaigns faster and measure their results more easily: share integration templates and mechanic libraries, collect benchmarks by industry.
We will give large businesses more space for customization, we will work with non-standard requests and increase the possible load on the system. And, most importantly, we will offer on-premise - the ability to deploy Mindbox on your own servers or in a private cloud. If you are interested - let us know via the feedback form .
We will also hire a CEO to speed up decision making and, as a result, the growth of the company.
Product
In 2024, we delivered on the key product promises we made last year —and more.
We focused on making it easier for clients to find growth points and achieve business goals. And to do this, we developed the platform's analytical tools:
200+ companies have set up revenue goals for different channels in Mindbox and are now tracking their achievement;
500+ companies regularly evaluate the performance of scenarios using new reports and improve the results with updated AB tests;
462 companies conducted 14,193 AB tests of mass mailings to increase the average check, conversion to order, revenue per customer (ARPU);
100+ companies automatically divide customers by preferences and recommend suitable products - calculated fields automatically determine the favorite product, category, and even favorite store;
60+ companies saw how much SMS mailings actually bring in — revenue is now attributed to deliveries, not clicks.
Another important new feature of the year is the module "Notifications and Messengers". In Mindbox, it is now convenient to set up a mailing to any non-standard communication channel: support chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-wallets. No need to mess around with webhooks anymore - the mailing is set up as SMS or push.
