Edit your shipping method
After entering this information, just click the "Save Changes" button. Then, select the "Shipping Area" tab.

You can create as many shipping zones as you like by repeating these steps.
Once you create a shipping zone, you can create coupon codes that allow customers to take advantage of free or discounted shipping.
First, go to Marketing "Coupons".

Now you can create a title for your shipping coupon.
This will also be the actual coupon entered by the customer, so it's best to use something that is easy for shoppers to remember and enter. It may also reflect the offer you are creating, such as "FREESHIPPING" or "SHIPPING20%OFF".
Create new coupon
Another option is to use the "Generate Coupon Code" button to generate a random string of letters and numbers. However, this makes the coupon complex and difficult to remember, so it's not recommended.
Once done, scroll down to the "Coupon Data" box. Here, open the "Discount type" drop-down menu and select the type of offer you want to create.
You can create all types of offers, including percentage coupons, “buy one get one free” offers, free coupons, and more. You can also enter the discount amount.
To create a shipping discount, select Fixed Cart Discount from the drop-down menu. Then, enter "0" in the "Coupon Amount" field.
