3. Develop
In the development phase, the concepts and ideas previously developed are used to create a series of prototypes. Intense prototyping activity demonstrates an operating model devoted to experimentation : developing, testing and preparing the solutions that will be implemented within a continuous cycle allows to better satisfy the needs of users, reduce costs, save time and increase the quality of the final product.
desirability , practicability ( or sustainability) and feasibility . These three hong kong whatsapp resource characteristics must find a place within the same strategy, they must be balanced to obtain a balance between what is desirable from a human point of view, what is technologically feasible and what is economically feasible.
4. Implement
A Human-centered design process ends – but only temporarily – with implementation. It is during this phase that a company must be able to communicate in the most convincing way the value of its innovation to internal and external stakeholders, including employees and consumers. This is where the decisive step occurs to be able to successfully bring the product to market, encourage its adoption and fuel growth.
The project is not over, however: customer desires and needs will continue to evolve and companies will have to adapt to meet them. Keeping humans at the center of the development process will ensure continuous innovation and progressive adaptation of the product to the market.
