Full Width Image in Elementor

Post by pappu6329 »

One of the many useful features that Elementor offers when creating your business website is the ability to create full-width images.

This means that images are displayed across the full width of the page, without sidebars of any kind, and based on the user's screen size, rather than being limited by the size of a container.

But, pay attention! Pay close attention to what I am going to tell you next.

What you may be looking for is not exactly putting a full-width image according to the pure and hard concept of this term...but something else that is similar but slightly different.

I will explain below what I mean exactly.

Difference between full width image and background image
The first thing I want to teach you in this post is to be able to differentiate between these two things: a full-width image and a full-width background image.

It may seem the same…but it is not the same.

The main difference between a full-width image and a full-width background image in web design with Elementor is that the former is just that, an image.

The second one, on the other hand, is an image that acts as a background for a section, in which you can put other elements inside that section (and, consequently, the full-width background image) such as text, buttons, other images, etc.

In fact, you can also understand the difference between these two concepts by the objectives they pursue within the design of your business website.

The only purpose of implementing a pure full-width image in Elementor is to make that part of the website more visually attractive, since we cannot really put other types of content inside it (such as the texts mentioned above).

On the other hand, a full-width background image, in addition to the above, allows you to highlight a section visually so that the user can, for example, perform an action that you want to emphasize or not miss reading something that you want to highlight about your product, your service or your business.

If you still get a little confused with the explanation I've given you, don't worry. You'll understand it better with the following examples of each case.
