When implementing some services, this process sometimes accurate mobile phone number list becomes looped, and services have to be sold over and over again. Our client's company faced such a situation.

Among the products they sold was the sale of software. As a fact of shipment of this software, a license for the right to use the software for a certain period of time was transferred, depending on the license purchased.

So, let's describe in more detail the "Given" section of this "problem".

At the entrance we have:

Corporate portal on the maximum tariff Bitrix 24.
The specifics of the client, when many different services are sold and among them licenses are sold.
Since the client sells two types of software, the licenses, accordingly, must be divided into two branches.
Licenses are sold for different periods: 1 month, 3 months, six months, one year and two years.
For some software licenses, it is important to consider the license key and tariff, and for others, only the tariff, since the key is important for activating the license, and the tariff affects the functionality of the software and its cost.
Several responsible persons take part in the renewal operation - the one who sells and the one who issues the license. Moreover, for software 1 (let's call it that) the license is issued by one person, and for software 2 - by another.
The procedure for obtaining a license is multi-stage and is carried out according to instructions.
Since licenses have different frequency, salespeople also need to be reminded about their renewal in different ways. For example, for an annual license, a deal for a new sale needs to be created a month before the end, but for a monthly license, creating a deal for renewal a month in advance is ridiculous, you must admit.
It was important for the client to understand in advance how many licenses and for what amount would need to be renewed in the next 30 days and the next 10 days.
And it is also important to automate the entire process as much as possible to reduce the human factor.
