When we face a project, whether it is a pure entrepreneurship or a strategic project of a certain magnitude in small companies, we usually ask ourselves….

The typical situation is that they end up stealing time from product development, the business model or the business strategy, and use it to learn finance or organic positioning (for example). Both disciplines are extremely important, but far from the most common profile that usually starts from their knowledge and/or experience in the product or service on which the project is based.

For this reason, it is important that we analyze our capabilities to see what equipment we should surround ourselves with to have a greater chance of success.

In the case of ventures in very early stages where budgets are very limited, we will have to look for these teams or collaborations in exchange for a percentage of the company, looking for profiles that are interested in collaborating for the mere experience (not advisable), etc.

Beyond the different types of entrepreneurship that we can think of, we all have archetypes of the "typical" profiles in our heads: visionary entrepreneur, intuitive entrepreneur, opportunistic entrepreneur, social entrepreneur, etc. In the book you will have a more realistic and objective view of your profile and you will be able to compare it with the rest. And most importantly, you will know what you should do to complement what you are missing.

In the vast majority of cases, all of these projects are for profit, all of them have a certain fear of risk and it is precisely these elements that cloud the mind at the start of the project. First we must consolidate it and little by little we will see its viability, if we have a scalable business and if we are fulfilling the main objective for which it was designed.

The basic pillars are what make us achieve the results. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, providing innovative solutions, coming up with realistic business ideas, taking advantage of business opportunities, putting all this into a business plan... in the end we are talking about the entrepreneurial process that "never" ends and that requires a certain lifestyle. It is more important to focus on the path and medium-term objectives than on short-term tasks.

That's why it's important not to get "lost" in the details and to have a broader vision. This way, you'll avoid bad decisions that would divert you from your goal, you'll discard bad opportunities and you'll become the entrepreneur your business needs.
